Using user segments on comparison mode

You can create different user segments based, for example, on the answering date. Answers on different user segments can be compared. Start by creating a new user segment: select the wanted answers or answering date to select the respondents, who pass those filters. Click then Save as user segment on the lower right corner.

The new user segment is added under the title User segments. Give a name to the user segment by typing the wanted name on the field Segment's name... and press enter.

Click then the red cross on the blue bar and create as many other user segments in the same way. If you need to delete a user segment, click Edit and then the trash bin icon next to the user segment's name. Finish by clicking Done.

When you have created all the wanted user segments to create a comparison, drag the wanted user segments to the grey box named Comparison.

For example, a 2D question with two user segments could look like the following:Na_ytto_kuva_2018-8-10_kello_8.35.25.pngWhen the Standardize scales feature is on, the chart looks like the following:Na_ytto_kuva_2018-8-10_kello_8.31.53.png
