In the dropdown selection type enables the respondent make one choice from the list you provide. It works very similarly to the single choice question type, but allows the respondent to make an easier choice from a bigger list.
Tips:
- Use the dropdown list in questions where you have 10 or more responses. This amount makes responding to questions more difficult when using the single choice question type, but this is no issue for the dropdown list type.
- TRY IT! Create a question with 10 responses as a single choice question type, create a copy of it and change the type to the Dropdown list - now you can see the differences more prominently.
