How do I fix a contact's email address or phone number?

I imported a contact into Zeffi with an incorrect email address or phone number. How can I fix this?

If a contact's email address or phone number is incorrect, you can correct it in the Contacts tab. Find the incorrect contact and open its details for editing. To do this, click the person icon on the right side of the contact. When you hover over the icon, the text "Edit contact" will appear.

Another way to fix incorrect information is directly from the invitation details. This method is particularly quick and convenient if the recipient is in Bounced status, meaning the sent message was not delivered. This could indicate an incorrect email address or phone number.
