The organization owner or administrator can remove users.
When users are removed, it is recommended to delegate their surveys to another person. If the organization’s email addresses change, the same process should be followed. It is important to invite the new user with the updated email address first and only then remove the old user. This way, the surveys will be delegated to the same person.
