You can invite respondents to your survey via text message.
Text messages are a paid add-on service available starting from the Genius license. The option to send text message invitations can be found on the Share tab.
Text messages typically reach your respondents more effectively and lead to a higher response rate on your survey. Text messages must be purchased separately to enable sending text message invitations. You can purchase text messages with a credit card in the Plan & Billing section of your organization’s settings or via invoice by contacting us at support@zef.fi.
It is also possible to change the sender name for text messages, which is set to "Zeffi" by default. To request a name change, please contact Zeffi support using the email address mentioned above.
